Browns relocates to southern end of Sloane Street

Nash Bond acting jointly, have advised Cadogan Estate on the relocation of Browns to the southern end of Sloane Street
Browns will join New York Fashion Brand Rag & Bone and is the latest big name to open on the southern end of Sloane Street as part of Cadogan Estates ongoing development of the area’s retail offering.
Browns will relocate from the northern end of Sloane Street to 160 Sloane Street after acquiring a 1,800 square foot store on a 10-year lease at a rent of £240,000 pax.
