Nash Bond was founded in August 2003, with Mark Nash and Andrew Bond combining their 34 years of experience to form a company dedicated to Retail Property Consultancy.

The company expanded further with the arrival of Cameron Scott and Gavin Rowlands as Partners in 2006. They arrived at Nash Bond after 8 years working together at CB Richard Ellis, their remit being to increase the company’s already burgeoning agency profile and capability across the prime Central London and Regional markets.

Today, the firm remains dedicated to providing the very highest quality advice to clients in the retail property arena.

Our business is well balanced, providing an equal split between agency and professional services, to both landlord and retail clients on high street premises and shopping centres.
