Luxury leather goods retailer Aspinal of London is set to open its flagship store in The Crown Estate and Oxford Properties’ £400m St James’s Market redevelopment later this year.
The retailer will join fashion brands Jigsaw and Paul & Shark as well as Swiss cycling brand ASSOS and lifestyle brand Smeg at the scheme.
Just one retail unit remains available at the development, which also houses restaurants and 210,000 sq ft of office accommodation.
Anthea Harries, from the St James’s Market Partnership, said: “Aspinal of London perfectly complements the mix of world-class brands and restaurants that have already made St James’s Market their home.”
Cushman & Wakefield and Nash Bond acted for the St James’s Market Partnership, while Harper Dennis Hobbs advised Aspinal.
