Florence joined Nash Bond in 2018, having completed her Real Estate masters at the University of Reading. She qualified as a member of the RICS in May 2021.

Florence sits in the agency team and predominantly focuses on retail instructions in central London. She advises a range of landlords, including the Cadogan Estate, Quintain, Crosstree, GMS Estates, British Land and Yard Nine.
