Richard joined Nash Bond in 2011 from Jones Lang LaSalle where he was a Director and head of Central London retail agency.
Richard has 20 years of experience working in the Central London retail market, having worked for 13 years at Churston Heard, which was bought by Jones Lang LaSalle in 2008.
Main client and lead roles for clients have included - Westfield London, Shaftesbury Plc, M&G, The Crown Estate, and many private wealth investors on prime streets such as Bond Street and Oxford Street amongst many others.
