Nash Bond was instructed to undertake the 2015 rent review of Disney’s flagship store on Oxford Street, opposite Bond Street underground station. The revised rent of £3.4m per annum reflects what was, at the time, the highest negotiated Zone A rate on Oxford Street: almost £900 Zone A.
