Nash Bond provided development advice in respect of retail layout and occupier requirements to GPE Plc prior to demolition. We subsequently leased 45,000 sq ft that  completed in 2023 to international brands - Reserved, Pandora and The Fragrance Shop and Boom Battle Bar leisure concept.
