Nash Bond were retained in 2022 to oversee all leasing matters and manage the expansion of the brand across the UK by the leading Korean Beauty brand who have over 500 stores globally. Having opened their first store in 2019, we were tasked with exploring London locations with established line up of skincare & beauty brands, as they looked to capitalise on the growing demand for K-beauty. Having secured their second site in Westfield London, the brand is now actively seeking further stores in Central London and other major cities across the UK.
