Nash Bond are retained by British Land across the Paddington Central campus, delivering a targeted mix of retail and F&B operators serving this vibrant mixed use scheme incorporating offices with 6,000 campus workers, 10,000 local residents and a hotel. Coming soon is the last phase of development, which will add an urban logistics hub and new 13-storey office building at 5 Kingdom Street.
