GMS has owned its block on Queensway since the 19th Century. Nash Bond has been been advising GMS Estates for the past 20 years in both agency and lease advisory. Anchored by the new Whiteley Centre, Queensway is an evolving location which is undergoing huge investment from a number of landlord stakeholders and Westminster City Council. GMS's strategy is to secure amenity uses for the residents in the area. The parade, between Moscow Road and Porchester Gardens, is home to a number of amenity uses and, when complete, will provide a mix of uses including gym, restaurant and retail uses.
