Wembley Park comprises one of Europe’s largest regeneration initiatives. Quintain’s £3bn project will deliver a new 85-acre neighbourhood comprising an 8.8 m sq ft mixed use development with500,000 sq ft of retail and leisure. The masterplan, which is fully funded and well underway proposes over 7,000 new homes, bringing 20,000 new residents to one of the most affluent and cosmopolitan catchments in the UK.

Nash Bond were appointed as consultants to Quintain in 2017 and provide advice through the development process from pre-development appraisals and design advice to marketing and leasing at completion.
